FAQ

Contract
If you decide to have me photograph your wedding then there's a contract to sign and a deposit payable all of which can be done online or on your phone.
Book a Wedding Date

Bookings are only secured once a deposit of £100.00 for photography only packages and £200 for Phot o& Video packages has been paid, an email enquiry doesn’t secure the date and unfortunately I cannot hold dates on an enquiry.

Final Payment
This is due 2 weeks before the wedding date
What if you’re ill?
Should I be unable to attend your day the very least I will do is refund the money you have paid. Not including any pre-wedding shoots I have done. I will contact other photographers with a similar style who you can rebook if you like their work.
What If I Change My Date
If you need to change your wedding date then , if I am available on the new date then it's a simple matter of sending an updated contract with your new date. If I not available then any monies paid bar the deposit will be refunded.
Do we Physically receive anything

With the Full  Day Wedding Photography II package yes you do, of course you get the image download from your galleries but I like to give people something tangible. So you receive a wooden engraved presentation box with prints inside and a wooden engraved USB stick with all your digital files from your wedding day.

Do you have insurance
Yes as full time proffessional I have Professional Indemnity, Public and Products Liability and Portable Equipment cover. I am also registered with the CAA and hold commercial Drone Insurance cover
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?

Editing process typically takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required and the number of weddings that month but in the busy summer months I tend to target a max of 4 weeks. As this is my full time occupation I can spend my full time working on your wedding.

Group sparklers photo : N/A late May – August due to late sunset times, only venue, location & weather permitting, additional hours can be added to cover till darkness.
Do you carry spare equipment

Hell yes, I carry 2 cameras with me at all times , Sony A9 mkII and another body Sony A7R IV as a spare to all my weddings and loads of lenses and flashes etc too

Drone Photography

CAA and location approved & Weather Permitting use and I am also registered with the CAA and hold commercial Drone Insurance cover
